New to Pilates?

Reformers can look intimidating, but they're your best friend once you get a few classes under your belt. We strongly recommend three Kôr Fundamentals classes, three private sessions, or prior reformer experience before your first group class. This helps you feel confident, keeps you safe, and allows your instructor to give everyone the attention they deserve.


Kôr Fundamentals

New to equipment Pilates or want a slower format? This is the class for you. From breathing, neutral spine, and how to get your feet in straps, this class is designed to build your confidence on the Reformer.


If you are new to Pilates, we recommend taking this class at least three times before signing up for our other classes.


Levels: All levels.

Re | Form

Our signature full-body flow on the Reformer. Designed to strengthen your core, improve alignment, and create balanced, lean muscle tone through controlled, contemporary movement. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and connected.


Levels: All levels, except those brand new to Pilates.

Equipment: Reformer


Re | Mix

A full-body mix of reformer, springboard (like Tower), and mat work that builds strength, balance, and control—and keeps your practice anything but boring.


Levels: All levels. If you are new to equipment Pilates, we recommend at least (3) Kôr Fundamentals classes or (3) Private sessions prior.

Equipment: Reformer and Springboard (like Tower)

Springboards

Booty & Kôr

Our signature Re | Form class with extra focus on your glutes and core. Lift, tone, and feel that signature Kôr Haus shake.


Levels:  All levels, but taking a series of at least 3 Kôr Fundamentals or other Reformer Pilates classes is highly recommended.

Equipment:  Reformer


Jump & Kôr

Jumpboard intervals meet sculpt-driven sequences in this athletic reformer class designed to elevate your heart rate while building endurance and tone.


Equipment:  Reformer with Jumpboard

Levels:  This is a higher intensity class. Prior reformer experience required.

Re | Store

A moment to let go, breathe and centre. A full-body flow, Re I Store will improve your posture, flexibility, and blood flow, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and aligned.

Re | Store Mama

A gentle yet empowering reformer class designed specifically for pre- and post-natal bodies. Focus on restoring strength, mobility, and alignment while nurturing your pelvic floor and supporting your core— no or minimal tummy time required 😉. Perfect for moms looking to reconnect with their bodies safely, rebuild strength, and leave feeling balanced, energized, and restored.
