Our Policies

Studio Policies

  • Cancellations: >12 hours prior to class

If you cancel your reservation, 12 or more hours prior to class time, there is no penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: <12 hours prior to class

If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours prior to class, that is considered a 'late cancellation'.

The penalty for late cancellation depends on your package or membership.

    Either:

    • Your class will be deducted from your package or membership, as if you attended the class.
    • Or, if you are an unlimited package, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee to your card on file.
  • No Show Penalty

Didn't cancel and didn't show up to class?

You will be charged the class credit or $25 Late Cancellation (for Unlimited plans) penalty,

    PLUS

    A $15 No-show charge.

We have limited space for each class and without an on-time cancellation, we aren't able to backfill your space.

  • Choosing the Right Class for You

Please read through the prerequisites for each class before reserving your spot.

If you are new to Pilates, for your safety and for the experience of other clients, we recommend you attend at least three Kôr Fundamentals or 1:1 Private Sessions.

If you have any injuries or physical limitations, please check with your doctor before attending class.

  • Waitlist Policy

For every class, we have five waitlist spots available.

If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available:

2 hours or more before classwhomever is next on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class.

Less than 2 hours before class - you will NOT automatically be added to class. All of those on the waitlist, will receive an email alerting them of an available space. First person to respond, gets the space.

If you can no longer attend the class, remove yourself from the waitlist.

📆 We recommend putting a reminder on your calendar 24 hours in advance of the class, so you can remove yourself from the waitlist if needed. :)

  • Starting Class on Time

We do everything in our control to start and end classes on time.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, it is up to the instructor's discretion whether you can join. If it's more than 10 minutes, you will not be allowed to join class.

Depending on the class plan, starting late may not be safe since you'll miss the essential warm-up. It also helps ensure all class members have the best experience.

Jump & Kôr has a strict 5-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join class.

  • Closures and Weather

We will do everything in our control to keep our class schedule as listed.

However, at the end of the day, it's just Pilates and if the weather is severe, we will cancel classes to help keep the roads clear for road crews and keep our instructors and clients safe.

    We appreciate your understanding.

  • Individual Class and Pricing Policies

Please read through each class and pricing option's terms and conditions that apply to you. They are shown at checkout.

  • Class Cancellations

If less than two people are registered for a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class.

You will be notified and refunded any credits to sign up for another class.

We strive to give you as much as a heads up as possible if we decide to cancel the class.

    Thanks for your understanding!

Membership Policies

  • Unlimited - One Class Per Day

You are limited to one class per day while using an unlimited membership package.

  • Membership Freezes

We know life happens—vacations, injuries, school breaks, and all the things in between. That’s why Kôr Haus members can pause their membership when needed.

     • Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 7 days and up to 2 months per calendar year.

     • Requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days before your next billing date.

     • While paused, your billing will stop and your class access will be temporarily suspended.

     • Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of your selected pause period—no need to re-enroll!

     • Freezes are intended for temporary breaks. If you need to cancel your membership entirely, standard cancellation policies apply.

    Injuries or extended medical absences:

If you’re injured or have a medical reason for pausing longer than 2 months, reach out—we’ll handle those on a case-by-case basis with documentation.

Pause/freezes must be requested in advance  and will NOT be applied retroactively.

Email hello@korhauspilates.com to request a membership pause.

  • Membership Cancellations

To cancel your membership, please email hello@korhauspilates.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.

If you are a Charter member and choose to cancel your membership, you will NOT be eligible for Charter Member rates if you choose to re-join. Consider freezing your membership instead.

  • Extra Classes

If you hit your limit of monthly classes and would like to attend additional classes that month, you can sign up for another class at your membership class rate.

Purchase a single class when checking out and you will automatically pay the rate of your classes in your membership.

Example: A 4x Kôr Member, pays $25 per class. If you buy additional classes, $25 should be the rate you pay at checkout.

You can NOT apply this discount for family and friends. It is only applicable for the member.

  • Rollovers

Classes from each month do NOT rollover to the next month.

  • Auto-Renew Date

Your membership will auto-renew on the same day of the month you originally made your purchase.

  • Guest Passes

Guest passes, which are included in select membership plans, must be used in the month they were given. They do not accumulate or rollover to the next month.

Guests must ONLY register for Kôr Fundamentals or a class they meet all the prerequisites.

    Guests must pre-register for classes.

Guests will be required to sign a waiver.

The member that is hosting the guest must make the guest aware of our cancellation and no-show policy (see above). If your guest late cancels or is a no-show, your guest pass will be considered redeemed.

  • Non-transferable

Memberships and class packs may not be transferred to anyone and classes cannot be shared.

  • No Refunds

    All sales are final.

You will not be entitled to any refunds, partial refunds or credits for cancellations for termination prior to the end of your monthly billing cycle, or for unused memberships, class packs, or classes.

  • Expiration

Expiration for class packs depend on the size of class pack purchased. Most class packs expire within 3 or 6 months of purchase.

The above expiration does NOT apply to introductory offer class packs. Most introductory offers expire within 2 weeks from first class.
