At Kôr Haus Pilates, we believe strength starts at your center—your "kôr." Our studio is where strength meets good vibes, with small classes capped at eight, a community that cheers you on, and yes—a mirror ball. We take classical Pilates foundations, turn up the intensity, and keep things personal with private sessions or group classes where everybody gets seen. From athletic conditioning to mindful restoration, every session is designed to challenge you safely.

The reformer is where the magic happens. This sliding carriage system uses springs for smooth, adjustable resistance that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or toning every inch, the reformer delivers a full-body burn that's low-impact but high-reward. You'll work muscles you didn't know you had—and leave feeling longer and stronger.

This is the reformer's cooler, more versatile sibling. Combining the sliding carriage with an overhead trapeze system opens up endless possibilities for deeper stretches, suspended movements, and advanced variations. Available for private instruction only, it's your chance to explore Pilates at its most dynamic—building strength, flexibility, and body awareness in ways you've never experienced before.

Cancellation & Waitlist Policies

Life happens—we get it. All we ask is a little notice if you need to cancel so someone else can grab your spot. Here's what you need to know:

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime up to 12 hours before your class with no penalty.
  • Cancellations must be made through our website or app.
  • Late Cancels (within 12 hours of class): You’ll be charged for the class. If you have a membership or package, one class will be deducted.
  • No Shows: You’ll be charged a $15 fee in addition to losing the class credit.

Waitlist

  • Each class has a waitlist of up to 5 people.
  • If a spot opens more than 90 minutes before class, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified via email and/or text.
  • If a spot opens within 90 minutes of class, all people still on the waitlist will be notified. It will then be first-come, first-served based on who books the spot first.
  • If you’re added from the waitlist, our standard cancellation policy applies — so please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.
